Description
The Green City Challenge is a unique platform where universities from across the nation come together to showcase their visionary concepts for sustainable urban living using recyclable materials. This booth competition invites each participating university to present a green city model that reflects their institution’s dedication to environmental stewardship, innovation, and community engagement
On the day of HE ELCa 2024, each university will be allocated one booth to display their green city design using recyclable materials. This is an opportunity for you to highlight the initiatives, strategies, and technologies your university is implementing to promote sustainability. A university representative will have the honor of presenting the green city model to our panel of judges

How to Participate
1. Each team must consist of 3 to 5 members.
2. Teams must prepare a comprehensive presentation showcasing their sustainable city design, focusing on creativity, feasibility, and environmental impact.
3. Teams will present their sustainable city design to a panel of judges on the day of HE ELCa 2024.
4. Each university has to register for this competition through Registration Form before Sunday, 18 August 2024. 11.59pm.
5. The students are allowed to come one day prior to the HE ELCa 2024 event to decorate their booth. Further information and guidelines will be shared later.
6. Booths should be ready at 8 a.m. and the judging session will take place at 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

EXHIBITION BOOTH
The booth for the exhibition is a standard shell scheme, measuring 3 meters by 3 meters. It features a professional, clean design with branded panels and a welcoming entrance. The space is efficiently utilised with display areas for informational materials, product samples, and interactive elements to engage visitors. The layout ensures easy navigation while providing ample room for visitors. The overall outlook is sleek and functional, aiming to attract and inform attendees effectively.
