Description Click, Create, & Educate is a competition where students are given the platform to creatively convey messages to the general public to raise awareness about the impact of education in empowering individual and community growth. Students will have the opportunity to harness their creativity and technological skills by experimenting with storytelling and video making to craft impactful Public Service Announcements (PSAs) all while contributing to a worthy cause. Students who participate are required to create a short Tik Tok video based on the theme given.

How to Participate 1. Record a PSA video based on the given theme "Knowledge as the Key: Unlocking Minds Through Education" and upload it on TikTok.
2. Ensure the video is set to public, followed by these hashtags #ClickCreateEducateHEELCa24 #HEELCa2024.
3. The TikTok link must be submitted through the submission link together with the final script used for the video.
4. We encourage all trainers and participants to record and upload their practice sessions for promotional purposes. You may upload your practice video(s) on YouTube or TikTok followed by this hashtag #CountDownHEELCa24. Your practice video(s) may be featured in our HE ELCa 2024 website and other social media platforms.
Duration of the video 1:00 to 2:00 minutes
How to Submit 1. Record the PSA video, upload it on TikTok, and set it to public. Please use these compulsory hashtags #HEELCa2024 #ClickCreateEducateHEELCa24
2. The TikTok link must be submitted through the submission link together with the final script used for the video before Sunday, 18 August 2024. 11.59 p.m.
3. The winners will be announced during the HE ELCa 2024 Closing Ceremony.
